Molly Thompson, Broker

I am currently selling Real Estate in Silicon Valley and the Santa Cruz Mountains, down to Royal Oaks in North Monterey County. I have extensive experience with selling homes, condos, land, "Fix & flips", foreclosures and short sales. I am an International Relocation Specialist, Distressed Property Certified, as well as ePRO® certified, utilizing the latest real estate technology to serve my clients. I formerly owned my own office in Boulder Creek and was the in-house lender.

15 years of contracts negotiation and business development management experience for various high tech Silicon Valley companies including Convergent Technologies, Unisys, Tandem and Netframe
25+ year membership with Santa Cruz Association of Realtors, including an ongoing stint on the Education Committee developing the SCCPro series- I have a Santa Cruz County Pro designation, held by less than 10% of agents in the county!
8 years as an Associate Broker with a local mortgage broker, handling purchase and refinance loans
6 years as a Real Estate Broker/Owner of Network Alliance Valley Office
11 Years with Alain Pinel Realtors/ Compass in Saratoga, CA
